AID STATIONS

There are 5 aid stations along the 50k course.  The distance between aid stations ranges from 2.3 miles
to 7.1 miles.  Drop bags are only allowed at North Fork Aid Station .  Crews may only assist
runners at North Fork Aid Station. Pacers are not allowed. Cutoff times are strictly enforced for the sake
of the generous volunteers that make this event possible.
